They Change your Itinerary without your concern and will threaten you by saying your money will not return.
We had chosen Thomas n cook as it is the oldest and reputed firm who offers luxury and comfort to their Customers. We can go for any other cheap Travel agency who gave us a very good itinerary and promise to give us 4-star hotels and more but we are unable to believe them as they are not as renowned as Thomas n cook. This was our biggest mistake
At first, we visited your Bhopal office and was greeted by Mr. Ravi Vyas who is having the very good knowledge and polite behavior which I like the most he understand my desire and suggest me Singapore wonders, there I saw STAR GEMINI Cruise which was my dream that's Why I chose your company. I was happy to submit whatever amount was asked because I am satisfied with the itinerary.
But on 17/10/2017, I got mail from Ms. Pooja Rai stated Only 4 Lunches are provided, which was not at all clear to me which 4 Lunches, then on 12/12/2017 I mailed for asking our flight schedule as we have to do more reservation. Their I Got connecting flight of Air Asia, I had very bad experience with them but still, I was somehow agreed with That.
On 22/12/2017 I got vouchers in which Itinerary what I received is totally different from what I saw at the time of booking. they also change
Our Flights from Air Asia To Malindo which is even more worst.
Our Hotel from Premium inn to Quality Marlow which is not modernizing and less service provider
Most imp they change our CRUISE from Star Gemini to Costa Victoria(where our new year was spoiled)
I also wrote mail on 23/12/2017 to support team expressing my disappointment and inconvenience but I didn't get any positive changes only I got in reply is mail which is from Ravi Vyas giving details of Costa Victoria and star Gemini. as I had paid the full amount and at the last moment I didn't want to spoil my plan so I was unable to cancel this trip. I also visited your Bhopal Office to get some relive there I say Malindo is the cheapest flight and often delay but that is also pointless
On 27/12/2017 Our flight was on 22.05 Pm but it was 5hrs late, as usual, they just provide us food vouchers and the dinner was pathetic. I was going to enjoy my holiday but my whole day was tired I couldn't sleep whole night as there will be no place for sitting I was very angry as our tour would start on 28/12/2017. Their Plane was 3X3 which is very small and uncomfortable. As it was connecting flight so our next flight was also delayed and we got too much tired.
As we reach Singapore by 6:30 PM so our itinerary for that day was spoiled. We checked into Hotel where they gave only Bath soap, shower gel, and shampoo as toiletries. I am planning Engineer so I usually visited so many cities in India, and I must assure you what hotel I booked in India is far better then what you gave us in abroad. In airport checking, they threw my Body lotion, so I thought I will get this in the hotel but No dental kit, No body lotion was given to them. Rooms are so congested there was No Table chair.
The cruise was also not very much good. We thought our New year will be amazing but shows organized by them on New year eve was boring and we slept at 12:30 AM without celebrating our new year there was no celebration on Deck. We were not feeling that we are on cruise
After cruise again we checked in to Quality Marlow Room no 1125 whose bathtub was damaged somehow we managed because its a matter of last night. next day we have to leave for India for 2 passengers u gave us Traveler 10 seater and the driver is in too hurry he just left us and run On taxi I lost my Phone. Your Tour Manager is very cooperative he had words with the Taxi driver I said Exact location where I kept my Phone. But they are not able to find it I also said his cab is having a camera also we can get my mobile but at last, we lost it.
I am highly disappointed with this tour and felt cheated as we thought we are charged more and tour itinerary was not worthy. Hope you will read this.
