The most use-less internet service that I have seen. This is the worst ISP I have ever come across .I have been using TTN broadband services from last 7 months and I am completely fed up with the TTN services. I think that it is good So I purchase it but I noticed that it’s not working properly .
My plan was 1.5 Mbps from 7 pm to 7 am and 1 Mbps from 7 am to 7 pm from which the speed I received was around 50 Kbps. After a month, after every two days I was facing problems since internet was not working. When I contacted up to my nearby office they told that servers are down that’s why you will face problems. Dont worry it will be sorted soon. But it takes 6 days. They need to improve customer service.
