I was planning to buy a lenovo laptop and I was lead to the dostore.com which looks like the official lenovo store in India. Interactions with them till now-
1) Raised a query on Aug 7th on the extended warranty on the laptop model which I intended to buy. No response from them till today on this
2) Ordered the laptop Aug 8th and there was no update till 10th Aug on the order.
3) Raised another ticket to check on the shipping on Aug 10th
4) On Aug 11th I received a call from them informing that the product is not yet shipped and will be done soon.
5) I received the laptop on Aug 18th.
6) They sent the free vouchers after almost a month and they are also in the process of the providing the one year ADP for the laptop as part of their Diwali offer.
Pros:
1) Cheapest price for Lenovo Products.
2) Product shipped to me in a reasonable time frame
3) Keep on having some excellent offers.
Cons:
1) Virtually non existent helpdesk.
