The Way Side Inn is a quaint little restaurant at Kala Ghoda.
It serves Parsi food and is frequented by office goers in
the area. The decor is simple with plain table and chairs,
the tables having chequered table cloths.
The menu is also simple with Parsi food like Dhansak,
salli ghost, Akuri on toast and fish and chips. Other dishes
keep changing every day but the fish and chips is always
there. Some take aways like patties, sandwiches and pastries
are also available. The prices are very reasonable and one
can have a good lunch for about Rs. 100/-
The service is fast and the waiters are polite. The size of
helpings are small.
It has a regular clientele and has lasted in the area for a
few decades.
