I have been to'The Village' restaurant 4-5 times in Outer Ring road at Sarjapura location in Bangalore. It is located inside the'Total Mall' at 1st Floor at the right corner. The restaurant offers both Veg and Non Veg Buffet food. But I can say it is the best place for non-veg lovers compared to vegetarians. This is kind of Indian flavor food restaurant.
The place is quite spacious and typically designed like a village set. The buffet costs your around 600/-Rs in the weekend and around 400/-Rs in the weekdays.
I have gone for non veg buffet option here, the starters are really awesome. There will be lot of varieties in non veg like chicken, Mutton, Prawns and Fish. There will be other counters for hot hot Dosa, Vada, Bajji, Roti, Naan and some other food varieties. There is a separate counter for chat items and Goli. They also put songs where kids and elders can enjoy the dance. I have seen some of the families celebrating kids birthday. But the one negative think. they strictly start closing the buffet after 3:30 PM, it is like forcing the customers to leave the place.
