My experience with Professional service is mixed. Ground level, it's unprofessional, head office it's professional and very quick. Below is the detailed review and I have added consignment receipt attached with this review.
First I'll tell you about Unprofessional service:
I have sent eyeglass using TPC from my place Udupi to Gokarna(which is just 178km away). As Gokarna delivery person failed to deliver parcel even after 4 days, and my consignee visited Gokarna office twice and failed to find the parcel in office(even after 3-4 days) and as my consignee left from Gokarna, I have requested to return the parcel back to me at Udupi TPC office.

Failed to deliver on 16th or not even after till 19th
My consignee visited Gokarna office on 18th and 19th. Searched there and failed to find parcel there.
On 19th I have filled return request at Udupi TPC office where I have booked parcel.
On 20th, got a call from Udupi TPC and the lady said parcel reached Gokarna office. again, requested for return as my consignee left Gokarna.
Today 26th Feb 2018, I still not received parcel back, .
Now about Professional service:
On 26th Feb 2018, I sent email to TPC Head office. They replied immediatly and fired email to udupi and bagalore. On same day I got a call saying they got parcel back! Which I've collected a day later and sent it using Indiapost speedpost and they delivered it!
So I find, at ground level, service is slow and useless. However, top level, service is good still useless as we need better service at ground level.
