One of the worst courier companies that exists on this earth. I sent a package from Belgaum to Hyderabad, it reached Hyderabad in 1 day but took them 3 days to deliver itself in Hyderabad. It took one day to reach from their Ameerpet office to Madhapur office. Also once it reached Madhapur, they start delivering from 12:30 PM onwards. So don't expect anything to be delivered in morning.
Also I was on phone with this guys over a period of 2-3 hours and they system was offline for some time, then sometimes they found tracking for the package using tracking number and sometimes they did not find it. I had to call their Ameerpet office and Madhapur office and co-ordinate on behalf of them so the package reaches Madhapur which is the biggest joke and they call themselves professional couriers. Probably Unprofessional Couriers is an apt name for this organization. Do me a favor guys, just pack up you business so common people like us don't have to suffer your misery.
PS: I don't see ZERO rating, so giving one star.
