I had to send some documents from Chennai to Hyderabad and that is when I approached this Professional courier service as it is located just opposite to my office building. They charged rupees 350/- promising an express delivery and an extra rupees 50/- for the envelope.
The delivery was supposed to be done the very next day before 7.00 PM. The tracking of the package was very difficult as they do not update it regularly. The package was not delivered on promised time and I reached out for help at their office. The staff gave an irritating reply that they have sent it and they are not responsible anymore and asked me to contact the Hyderabad office which I did. After many calls and follow ups finally they delivered it 2 days later. Most unprofessional behaviour.
