If you live in a city, there is nothing much to complain about courier service. But if you live in suburbs, they cause real trouble. First thing is that the delivery person is most reluctant to come to your place to deliver goods. They keep on asking the route and ok its fine if they clear their doubts. But after explaining they ask us to come to a particular place and collect our goods. Bluedart and DTDC seems to be fine and professional. But professional courier is the worst.
Their call centre is sub standard and they are mostly disinterested in answering our queries. The delivery persons get so irritated that they look at us as if we have done some crime, selecting the place where we are living.The numbers days they delay delivering our consignment is unpardonable. The tracking page shows no updates.very poor service.
