My complain is: We have very bad experience with this travel company. They promised to book 4-5 star hotels and lot of other promises and when we paid our money we were given completely average options. When we raised our concern and understood that they are going to behave like this until the membrrship is there, we asked them to refund membership amount. Instead of giving the money back they forced us to avail their very poor service and for that service they were charging more huge amount of money. Then what is the point of taking membership. They have assulted me and my husband mentally by continously calling us and wasting our time. We are working class people. these are our hard earned money which they have scammed us of. Please help.
