The decision to take the membership from Pacific Holiday Company was the biggest mistake in my life. They promised to provide you 4-5-star stay but provide very average options always. Already paid membership money and AMC money (of 20, 400 for 6 nights) still, asking for an exchange cost of 16000 plus for 4 nights. In total, after paying Rs 6500 per night per room they give you options of Rs 3000-4500 per room per night just to boil your blood. On top of it, compelling you to avail breakfast option of around Rs 600 per person per day. Customer care executives will never connect you to the reservation team, wasting your time always. Always replying to your mail at the closing time, to frustrate you further. Refund our money both membership and AMC money and spare us. Its enough of the wastage of money, energy, time and patience.
