Mail reply very late almost after more than 24 hours
Nobody is listening problems and emergency of members
Nobody have respect for members
Rude behaviour from all the employees
Hidden charges which feels like a Fraud or scam
Not given any discounts on fare which is promised at the time of making members
Charges taken is higher than promising at the time of making members
No collaboration with High standard hostels which shows at the time of making members
Everything is proven lied which was promised at the time of making members
It feels like Pacific holiday world is a fraud company
Better option is available in the country who has high athics with best services , respect for members and able to fulfill there words.
