I have my NIAL health insurance policy under Bancassurance arrangement with Canara bank for its customers.


Iam entitled to claim for 1% of average sum assured of claim free last three years under for health check up;


under the said entitlement after 3 claim free years I preferred my claim in Oct 2020.But till date(Dec 20), the Fate of my claim, neither sanction nor rejection is intimated to me in writing by tpa(Vidal health) or Insurer(New India assurance). Company loots the policy holders with hefty premium and cheats the policy holders when it comes to any claim settlement to policy holders by rejecting the claims on some pretext with hand in gloves deal keeping TPA(Vidal Health) in front end.
