Before 2 months I was go to Jotiba Temple with my Family and while we were travling to Jotiba Road we seen there this Hotel Called' The Forest Resto and we had Stay there for lunch but I didn't think that I have to pay more than food test and quality.
Food and Presentation- They are not welcomed us when we had visit there and their food test and quality was quite good but prices are much expensive of their almost dishesh.
Ambience- The Ambience of this Restaurant is not attractive and slightly messed up but this hotel is Closely beside the Jotiba Road so hence their business is working well.
Customer Service- I really get disappointed when I had called their one staff to take our order and the one comman point I have been noticed is whenever I have visited any Hotel in kolhapur then I had to faced not friendly and bad behaviour from their staffs. I don't know why they are ot provide good customer service but I am honestly not satisfied with them.
Value for Money- Food Rates are Slightly Higher and not worthy Comparatively Their Food, Customer service and other services so thats why I am not satified with the service of The Forest Resto Hotel.
