Last week when I visited Chennai, I visited this restaurant The Cascade at Nungambakkam along with my friends. I ordered Cream of tomato soup, veg manchuria and chicken dum biryani.
After almost half an year, they served us soup. But it is fine up to then. But they tested our patience a lot. Almost after having our soup they took another half an hour to get our starter veg manchuria. We even asked them to serve fast as we need to leave earlier.
The server and those staff are very casual like even we are trying to say something that we need their service in a fast manner, they are not at all caring us. At last we had all things and it took complete 2 hours beyond to get their service for just one soup and one starter and one main course.
Even though they killed our time, but they did not present us any kind of amazing ambience. Their presentation quite seems that they are serving in a hurry manner. All the three taste so average. No value at all for money for what we had. Very poor service.
