The book is similar to many books I read in these past week [of course, this book could be older to them but I read it now. The book is about Power Within, the book is about following your dreams n heart n listening to the omens or signs from the Universe. A shepherd boy dreams of a dream twice which lays lot of impact on his future. On his life. His father wanted him to be a Priest but his heart wanted to travel n know the world n decipher its true meaning. So he followed his heart n became a shepherd. A good one. Understood the Universal language of communication. Liked reading. Drinking wine.
He went to a gypsy who people said interpreted dreams or read palms. She asked him to follow his dream coz it surely has a meaning. He then meets a King who guides him to leave all what he had in Spain n go to Egypt to the Pyramids in search of the treasure he dreamt of.
In his journey spanning around 3 years, he faced lot of hardships, stumbled upon various ups n downs, learnt a LOT, met MANY people, fell in love, found the treasure he dreamt of and yes!! Learnt the meaning of life.
Life is about pursuing your dreams. Trying hard to fulfill them. And like the book says, if you really desire of something, the Universe makes way for you, shows you signs to reach there n grab the prize. It’s all about trying and not leaving it on circumstances because even destiny doesn’t like lazy people.
