I have a plot purchased from this group in Bangalore. They have collected 3yrs of maintenance upfront but haven't even started constructing community hall, gym, etc.

One of my friends posed as a prospective buyer and was told that there are 4borewells, amenities will be concluded in 3mon, etc., of Gokul Vatika This is mere cheating.

Be cautious while dealing with this group. Their employees post 5star rating. If you have doubt please check Google reviews...
