Today I am going to review on the book That Long Silence written by Shashi Deshpande. the readability of the story is good we can easily understand the way she written in this book. this book won sahitya akademi award. the story of these book is about a woman who is married and living with two children's along with his husband. jaya husband is asked to leave his job while allegations of business malpractice against him are investigated.she is thinking about the future of the family and the remaining story is how she inspired and erase a long silence begun in childhood and how she wins the life. while reading the story after half the story becomes bored.
