I would like to share my personal experience of using telenor 4g internet services. I am using both jio and telenor 4g services. telenor was a very promising company for me but till then I am using the 4g internet service my whole experience is changed. I have noticed some issues and I would like to share them.
1). Network-
if we talk about the network connectivity of telenor it is okay(between 10 pm to 7am) after that it is the worst network connectivity. in this time period I can watch online videos but after 7am of morning it never works. I am really very upset with their network quality.
2).consumer services-
I have tried to solve my problem many times but their service representatives are always non responsive. they never solve my problem. and I think their all the representatives are less educated.
3). charging and billing-
if we talk about the charges and bills. it is okay but they should work on their service. because consumers are ready to pay extra charges but they all need good services and in time services.
