In 2011 I purchased a air sofa cum bed with one year guaranty on-line from Telebrandindia. I purchased it on-line and they sand it to me by India Post at the cost of 7000+postal charge.Some day it was working fine but just after two month that started deflating.I was just shocked that only in two month?I tried to find where from actually the problem.
And I found problem was at the joint from where we fill air on it.I called them and and told about the problem but they said to me now it will take 3000 for change plus Currier charge.The same day I packed it and never use after that day.I must say a very useless customer support.
