Review On Techman Buildwell, Delhi

The title of my review says it all.

Techman primarily constructs in Ghaziabad-moti residency and moti city being the prime projects.

Moti-residency project is already completed(phase-1) and flats have been alloted(hand-over is also done for most). The work done is satisfactory and the project is late by only an year.

You see that in today's time most of the builders, specially in Noida/Ghaziabad do not handover the flats on time and are late by at least a couple of years. However, Techman builders are better in this regard and handover the flats at most one year later than the said date( which is not bad).

If you are looking for a perfect builder, you are just thinking of wonderlands as you will never get one. Techman, being a small builder, is comparatively better and can be trusted.
