I feel this review is:
Great place to work on desired sector of BPO or managment or even core team of software engineers and developer. Policies for welfare of employees along with proper recognition of work quality contribution from an individual. Salary is credited by end of month on timewith out any kind of salary issue. Scope of improvement for variety of food items in cafeteria. Tech mahindra represent the connected world, offering innovative and customer centric information techonologu experience. Good company but salary increment is very poor. Working hour is also very poor.
