These people are unprofessional and rude. Unless you regularly followup there is no guarantee that they will file your return. Since you pay your money first, you are stuck with them. Though you pay for their highest package, you won't get the value for the money as they outsource the work to third parties at much less price(1/3 or 1/4 of what you pay).
It is better to find some local CA who you can meet in person than this not so trustworthy people. If you want to get it done even cheaper you can find CA's online at the websites like meeturpro.com or vakilsearch.com or businesssetup.in/. Never again with these people.
