I have ordered one earphone seeing the price little bit cheap in comparison to other sites but the product which I got stopped working after 1 months and after a long request and talk they replaced it . Although I wanted my money back but they were not in favour of it.
There a lot of well known E-commmerce sites already available and Tatacliq.com stands nowhere in front of them. Only making a price little bit low is not going to attract customers . They have to work on their website and customer care support part also.
The customer service is very poor and they reply very late in response to our issues. The problem is solved very lately.
The product quality is also not upto the mark. Sometimes even the branded things look as if it has been framed and is local product. Though the delivery packing is satisafctory.
The delivery timeline was ok for me as I got the product within the said time frame.
The website and app needs improvement. The website is not user friendly . Sometimes it's get crashed while adding more number of items in cart. The android app also sometimes while searching does not show the exact product but shows irrelevant items.
It's unreliable site. It's untrustable site . Only TATA name is not sufficient but they have to improve their service and support a lot more. They have a long way to go to succeed but at present it's not a good E-commerce site.
