This review is about the car as well as the showroom in Rajajinagar.The ratings for car is 5 star. The rating for the showroom is 1star
I don't have to say about the car as you have already read about it in many websites and also saw the review on the youtube.
This review is for pre-caution for others who stay in Bangalore & wants to purchase car from them.Review: Whenever we visited the showroom we were offered for coffee or tea, it's very good(we denied to take it all the time)
The sales person is very good in convincing you to purchase the car - not bad at all. The showroom is at very good location and very convenient for test drive and also the test drive given was very good as I got to drive for longer distance.
Final review: The car was promised to be delivered on 31-Oct(tomorrow) and the sales person I was in touch with also told me that it will be done by 31-Oct(we spoke several times on the phone about the same).VERY BAD ABOUT THEM
They lost the photos that I gave them in the beginning
Didn't have enough back up to take copies of the proofs that I had given
The promised date is now not definite and the sales person is making excuses about Kannada Rajotsava= 1st Nov, Event organised= 2nd Nov(sunday)
Complete money is taken from us
Very irresponsible and laid back attitude of staff and they are very good at making excuses
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM, DON'T MAKE FULL PAYMENT IN THE BEGINNING. I ONLY WISH IF TV9 COULD REVEAL THIS TO BENGALURU and warn the showroom owner(s) & Manager(s).
