Tata steel is one of the big company and everyone dream to work there.my uncle is working there from last 20 years.when he join though salary was very low.but in every two or three years they increase the salary which is quite motivating and impressing.salary depend on your job profile and if you work hard then there you will get promotions and carrier growth.
