I had booked a new connection request from their website 3 days ago. The customer care will respond if inquired but are not able to provide the date and timing of the installation. I was waiting for 2 days without renewing my local cable connection but nothing happens(despite calling CC for 25 times). On the 3rd day I raised this issue with nodal officer help line, after an hour some technician told that he will install DTH before 2 PM. I once again called the nodal help line at 3.30PM and told if this doesnt happen before 5PM, I am renewing my connection with the local cable operator. I waited till 5:45PM no positive sign. I renewed my connection with local cable operator(Hathway). After 6 PM some TataSky technician called me. I told him not to come. I reside in Celebrity Paradise Lyt, Doddathogur, Bangalore-100
