It started when I went to subscribe for Zee Bollywood channel(since these days Star Gold, Set Max, Zee Cinema shows dubbed south Indian movies most of the time).I had first sent SMS "add 327"to 56633 on 24th Feb to activate the channel. It cost me Rs.3. After few minutes, I receieved message "We are unable to process your package request at this moment." I thought it was a intermittent issue and again sent same SMS on 15th April. Again I received the same message. So, I decided to call customer care on 18602086633(It's not toll free number). The call was not fruitful except for the fact that he had advised me to add this channel via mytatasky.com. Upon trying to add it via website, I found that it was showing as a duplicate channel. Then I browsed my current pack and found that it was already part of Zee-All-in-One Bangla Pack and I was not able to view any of the channels in that pack. I called customer care and informed them. They took the complaint and told the issue will be revised within a day. After a day, when the issue was not resolved, I called them again.I asked for compensation since I was paying for channels I was not able to view for the past few months. They refused saying that since no complaint was raised in this regards earlier, they will not compensate. They again asked me to wait for another 24 hours. I asked them to connect to their senior which they obliged. The senior person asked me to remove the pack from the subscribed packs and add it again. I did it and finally I was able to view the channels in that pack.
