A comapny which match their promise over TVC . Review on Tata Play

Yestreday I was looking for a DTH connection for a new TV in my house , I called up all major DTH providers e.g Airtel, Dish, and Tata Sky. Airtel contact center executive has no idea of their plans and on my each question he hold me on the phone and then star narrating irrelevant scripted replies to my queries. and On call to Dish TV contact Center I kept on hold for long and then their executive taken my phone no. and assured that I will be getting a cal back from their sales team very shortly. And after over 20 hrs no one called back.

Finally I called up Tata Sky... the experience was excellent the executive has handsome knowledge of product who answered all my queries, and I decided to go for Tata Sky. I visited one of their dealer and paid the amount and it was 3:00 pm he assured me that it will installed today, and I was so happy that despite being Sunday I am getting installation done so no off from work on weak days.

As soon as I walked off the dealer shop I got call from Tata Sky and they assured the installation guy will be at our place by 6:00 pm. And they kept their promise the guy was at our place at 5:30 pm that's a wonderful experience we had.

So It was good to see that company like Tata Sky kept the promises they are making in their TV commercials everyday I congratulate TATA for making life chinga la la ...!
