Tata sky is most popular DTH Company in India. Since 3 years I am using Tata Sky and 2 Set top box; One is for me and another one is for mom(She is staying in different city).
I am not telling I have not faced any issue with the Tata Sky service but when ever
Some problems accurse customer support fixing the issues very good.
Due to high speed wind my Tata sky lost signal and today I call to customer care and complained. Within half an hour their Executive named Rakesh+916360627876 came to my home and Fix the issue within 10 minutes.
He is very honest and he took Rs.150 as company insisted.
I really happy with their service. Personally I feel packages rates are little high but Picture quality and service is superb.
I prefer TATA Sky in DTH Service.
