I am Siva. NEVER BUY THIS ITEM. I have ordered for Tata Play HD and paid Rupees 1388/- for installation. However, even after 14 days no body from Tata Play has come to install the HD set top box and dish. I have made several calls to the customer service and they are making fun of me. After 14 days struggle with the customer service team of Tata, I have asked them to cancel my order. However, they are just making fun of me and not ready to return my money. I have lost 1388/-. People may advice to go to consumer court, but just imagine how much time and money will we loss, if we go to court. The advocate will charge more than 1388/- Also, the case itself will take years to complete in India. Previously I had very bad experience with Tata DOCOMO as well.
