Hi DTH users, I am using this Tata sky DTH operator for 2 years and I have very bad experienced about this operator. Let us see the problem in details below-
>Very poor and bad picture quality of this DTH operator. The picture and sound quality is not so good compared to other DTH operator. The sound is very low in some channel but the same channel on the other operator is very good and clear. If some raining then the picture quality becomes very bad i.e not clear, but in other operator for example Dish TV there though heavy raining their picture and sound quality is very good i.e same as normal weather.
>Very bad services of this DTH operator. I am not satisfied with the service which provided by this operator, package is so high 285 Rupees for 28 days minimum charge for family person. Service will automatically stop if the weather is little bad. Its signal strength is very bad. Sometimes I feel very sad when my TV says no signal and for 40-50 minutes it remain the same. Sometime again it takes 7 to 8 seconds to change the channel and display the channel properly. I have also faced a issue, which is voice is running 2 to 3 seconds late from its picture and to verified this is not a particular channel issue, I have changed 25 to 30 channels but there were having same issue.
>Their customer service support executives are too lazy that if you call them then put your call on holding more times. After a long time if they receive the call then again put your call on hold more time to check the issue. They are not be able to help their customer instantly, but in other operator they are receive the call instantly and also help instant to their customer.
>It is not value for money due to its bad services.
I therefore never recommend anyone to buy or uses this DTH operator.
