We have been going back and forth for over 10days with Tatasky for over 10 days. We had cancelled our account before we moved out of India for a few years on their suggestion. Trying to reactivate - following their advice. Each time they call us in this regard, they give us different advice and nothing comes of it. We have the old set top boxes - they will not exchange or take back. They are irresponsible by contributing to e waste and landfill.
HORRIBLE Service and customer service.
