Hello friends this is arfat here. today we gonna take a look over tata sky dth.
I am using tata sky dth since 8 years ago. I have faced some problem with this service.
but first I will talk about the positive points and then about negative points.
every thingh is quite good in this dth. the picture quality is excellent. it is more reliable in hd console which gives and awesome clarity.
the sound quality is very efficient and more over depend on which TV you are using.
Comes to service towards customer for that I will give 7/10. I felt ok ok toward customer care services because once a day I call to customer service center I was having a problem in my set up box. so they said me that see that whether the green light is visible or not and it was visible I said that it is visible but then too they were saying that you will have to call our engineers at your home. they will charge you 250 rs only just for checking and the further expenses will be different. so I just cancelled the call and automatically my dth got started.
this was the biggest negative thing which I faced.
thank you friends as per my experience I would say that tata sky dth is value for money. but friends I would also recommend videocon dth operaters just because of the pathetic service of tata sky dth.
