I bought tata sky in sept 06 and sine then i am a happy customer of tata sky. The programme reception and clarity of sound are exceptional and we had frequent problms with the cable service and the programme used to go off evrey day twice.
the help desk is prompt and technically it is superior to dish tv. My neighbour has dish tv and they have regular complaints about it as the technical back up is not up to the mark.
Yesterday i opted for one more connection and the installation was done in less than 12 hours.
The only thing which has disappointed is that during heavy rains the screens go blank and they have been promosing sun tv channel for almost 1 year and no sign of it.
Hope they will solve the above two issues immediately. The help desk should be toll free and th customers are paying std rates to call them up
