Hello everyone,
Be careful with TATA Sky Binge(Amazon Firestick) offer . Never go for it . Everything will be done verbally(on phone) and they start deducting 249/28=Rs. 8.9 per day from your subscription and the funniest thing is that as a customer you can not even cancel this Binge . Tatasky will do everything online including deactivation of your account online but they will not deactivate Binge . This Binge offer is a fraud of this DTH service provider(Tatasky) . In my case I have not even received the Binge stick, so no question of using it, but I am paying on a daily basis without being able to cancel it from my account . After numerous telephonic discussion with their Service center and channel partners I am totally frustrated and preparing for TRAI / Consumer court. Please Please never agree / take Binge offer, its a complete loot of customers money on a regular basis.
