Before you start looking at this review with suspicion, let me be clear that I do not own this car. In-fact nobody owns this car. It is still in'Concept' phase and may not be a reality any time soon.
In this review I am going to talk about what I like in this concept/car.Tata Pixel Concept is a very futuristic car, design and feature wise. It is aimed only for European cities but I think it can be very useful in Indian cities as well.
Its is supposed to be small, agile, very easy to park and drive and fuel efficient.Everything that you need in space-cramped city cars.I think the past was about huge cars and the future will be about tiny cars. Parking and traffic is becoming a major problem in our cities and cars like Pixel could easily solve this problem to an extent. The take lesser space, take less energy, are easily maneuverable and are smart cars connected to the grid.
The next big thing is definitely smart cars, even Apple is on the verge of getting into smart car business.
Tata will have a huge advantage over other car companies in this sector. It already has Nano experience to bank upon and they know what works and what does not in small cars.This concept was then further improved and Tata Megapixel concept was introduced in 2012.
Looking forward to seeing it run swiftly on Indians roads soon!
