Many owners forget when buying a car to understand how good or bad the servicing is likely to be. I made that mistake when I bought my TATA Manza. I focused on the car features, etc.. but did not review the servicing expected from TATA service stations.
My general feedback on TATA Motors service stations are that they are pathetic. I am based in Chennai, and have tried different service stations in Chennai, and they are all pathetic. They don't give a damn about the customer, their response time is slow, they promise something and deliver something else.
I honestly regret buying a TATA car. Ultimately, when buying a car, if you want ease of mind, then servicing should be simple and easy. However, any servicing I have done has only created tension, TATA servicing is unfortunately ridiculous. Will definitely not buy a TATA car in the future.
