I applied for Broadband Internet connection on 4th May.
Made the payment of Rs 1791 on 8th May.
Lodged complaint for not getting connection multiple times after the 20 days of suggested time period of connection.
No action was taken and I had to go through whole lot of Business loss and personal problems due to not having internet connection.
Hence I had to resort to the cancellation of my application and I asked for a refund on 11th of June.
I was informed it takes 7 working days to send the money back to me through a cheque.
However in spite of my multiple calls to customer care centre I didn’t get the refund.
I sent an Email to Customer service copying the Times of India and Hindu.
Still no action!!!
I sent an email to all the Tata group companies and someone from media relations woke up and acted and I got my refund after 10 working days.
Do I say anything MORE?
