Tata Indicom customer service are the rudest ever, it is like rudeness incarnate. Remarkably , they were consistent in this department both at Hyderabad and Pune. I had taken a pre-paid broadband and the people who came to the apt to do the wiring were the nastiest ever. Some of my friends who have post paid , cry over the billing .
I disconnected TataIndicom as soon as Reliance DSL became available in my area.
I have been to their offices in person to discuss the issues but their managers have aboslutely no clue whats going on . Their processes are totally haywire and their staff is demotivated.
BSNL has unnecessarily got the stick all these years, their satff is far more polite even if a little slow. Plus they are far more cheaper than the TI .
The experience above with TI is not unique to me , a lot of my colleagues have similar feelings for TI.
