I feel this review is:
I had got the Tata Photon connection at the start of this year. I used the connection in Jan because the basic BSNL data one was not good in that month. Then I rarely remember using Tata Photon (Rs. 450 IGB plan). I got Rs. 1000 bill for March and Rs. 3000 bill for April for no usage, all my usage is on the BSNL Data One Rs. 1350 plan. Either Tata Photon wants to increase there revenue by false billing or want to persuade the customers to move to unlimited. :(
