I had a Tata Estate a long time ago and decided never to buy a Tata Motors product again in my life.
Frustrated with their service problems (I would wait 15 days for an appointment without a car and after the car was repaired, it would go bust again in a few days), I have filed a suit in the consumer court. But they hired the most expensive of law firms and are fighting it in the courts instead of rectifying the problems. This law firm offered a compensation of Rs. 8000 against Rs. 89000 I already paid for unsatisfactory repairs.
The law firm of Mulla and Mulla says they will fight until the supreme court but not repair or replace the car. How can you fight such a large company with deep legal pockets?
One of the worst company's on consumer satisfaction I have ever seen and they keep harping through advertisements about being an ethical company.
