I bought the Tata Docomo wireless 3g data card on Dec 10 2014 and today Dec 16 2014, still it does not work.
I am at a point to cancel this and I had made at least 20 calls so far to the customer service and there is no resolution yet.
You know the reason the EMS or EMIED or FRIED whatever. is not mapped to the device and I have to run pillar to post to get this resolved.
The tech guy took this product to his office and he did not resolve the issue. He just told me that EMS or EMId does not match to the account number.
Most probably it seems some lucky guy was able to return the product and the device was just sold to me without mapping it to my account. It is purely my problem.
Not Tata Docomo wireless 3G data car department issue. The support representatives at the Tata Docomo call centre are the mostly untrained and unhelpful.
Whenever there is an escalation, a senior will speak to you and he will not escalate it to his manager. So that is the end of the world.
You bill keeps coming and you have to pay for something without using any of their services.
