A network connectivity of tata docomo is realy poor and that wiil lead us on backfoot. I worked an area around Rajkot District villeges like Vasavad, Virpur, kolki, jamvadi and Gondal you can, t even see a Network symbol. as a costmer care representive you have to listen all the complains no rewards at all. there so many complains from jamnagar district. continue network connectivity drops in so many villages like dhrol, latipur and bhesdad. tata docomo provides wrost network connectivity thatswhy employee should face the problems. they provode double internet data in less price compare to others but fail to provide good connectivity and hard handle costmer issue. Really unhappy to work with Docomo.salary and work enviroment is average.
