I subscribed tata docomo 3g wireless broadband on 2nd december today is 13th december, still they are not able to activate my instrument, may be they lack the technology. My service was activated on 4th and disconnected on 5th. till those 10 hours of service, I experienced network breaks and did not get the connectivity and speed as promised inspite of the full signal bars. later next day it was totally disconnected. Customer care said it is due to network congestion and it will be rectified withing 1 working day, 3rd day I called, they said, service is disconnected bcoz I have not produced my local address proof, and once submitted it will be activated within 24hrs. but after 48 hours of submitting, it was still inactive, after 48 hrs when I called they said, it takes 3 days for verification because. tower has to be updated. that statement I could not digest.what tower has to be updated for a wireless broadband. after 3rd day, when I called they said, you have not given referance local address and once you give it will be activated in 30 mins now again it is going to be 24 hrs. nothing happened. In between I received a call from customer care asking for my sim number and the person was from technical team. There is some serious technical bug, which may be they are not willing to disclose.
They don't have technology, customer care executives are impulsive and speak without knowledge.
Their IVR is so pathetic, first of all they have not given customer care number anywhere, one which is given is that of ZTE, and once you get the correct number you will find its just a promotional IVR, no direct customer care interaction. and by chance if you get some number, these people are so horrible, when they put on hold it seems they only sing "d.o.c.o.m.o" themselves and after sometime will say. thanks for your patience. there is a network congestion. it will be rectified soon.
I suggest all my friends. NEVER TAKE TATA DOCOMO 3G wireless broadband.
