I took a Tata Docomo sim since it had lucrative and very cheap offers. Due to that I switched over to docomo, but the real problem has started.The worst mobile operator, the network is awful.The calls automatically cuts due to no network.
I live in a 3 storey house, but did not get any tower on the ground floor, in the 1st floor onwards I used to get the tower but while calling I cant connect to call in the 1st time, on 2nd time onwards I could connect.Further call used to disconnect automatically.
And the internet access is very poor, while other mobile operators have developed to 3g and some to 4g, it remains stagnant on 2g network.
Further the customer care and service are poor, if you complaint about the deduction of amount from balance unexpectedly, they would not answer or receive call from that number for the consecutive 7days.
