TATA DoCoMo is now selling sims online with door step delivery promise. Moreover it is misleading people with wrong information. here is my own experience.
I purchased sim online for 251rs having 1gb 3g and 251 rs talktime as per plan.
Instead I got is 222rs talktime and no internet.:( now after repeated calls and follow ups I got no result at all as their policy does not allows for changes after recharge. Now after complaining to nodal officer and sending email after 1 month I got my internet pack from DoCoMo. so please be careful while getting your plan. moreover network is poor and internet speed over 3g is very slow. tata after ntt left DoCoMo is not upto the mark.
In my area DoCoMo was one of the better providers in signal strength so I chose DoCoMo. So all in all rates are cheap compared to Vodafone and airtel but internet connectivity can be a issue.
See in your area with speed, stability, reliablity before opting for DoCoMo.
