I am taken DOCOMO postpaid connection and later requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 02/05/2016 on DOCOMO store @ 100 feet road, Velacheri, Chennai.
Before submitting my proofs to convert postpaid to prepaid, I discussed with Docomo store guy and paid all the amount also(he confirmed that no other aishwaryasingh23ment required) and he confirmed that my request will process within 2-3 days. I submitted all required Documents. later on that week I got confirmation call from Docomo customer care and I confirmed to convert my connection from postpaid to prepaid. after few days due to personal reasons I stop using my Docomo number almost 1 month(after that also not using due to this nonsense). after 1 month I received call(for my personal number) from Docomo care and they asked to aishwaryasingh23 bills, after discussion with care person I understand that they(DOCOMO) not processed my request after my confirmation also. I explained all the things happen and they closed the call. after that I went to Docomo store(where I submitted my request) and I complained on my issue and he informed that issue from Docomo side. I informed the same to Docomo customer Care. After few days one guy called from Docomo and start shouting that he is going to put case on me, and me also shouted and informed the same that me also having all proof and I can complaint case on Consumer court. later multiple guys called from Customer care and asked details and I explained multiple times. On August I received a call from care and I explained same for care guy and he forwarded call to his higher authority(lady), I talked with her and she Confirmed that no need to aishwaryasingh23 and no need to attend any calls from Customer care.
after that 2-3 weeks I don’t get any calls/msg but now again I am getting calls and Messages. I recorded all the call which I got from Docomo. what the hell is this? I am using other network connections, but never experienced like this. in future I never go for Docomo Connection.
now I am suggesting to my relatives and friends to avoid taking mobile connections of DOCOMO.
They give postpaid connection in Hours but they won’t process our request of Deactivation/conversion of our postpaid connection.
I never experienced like this with any other network.
• Docomo store guys told that request will close in 2-3 days, but why you guys(DOCOMO) don’t done that.?
• after customer care confirmation call, within few minutes your giving connection, but why your not processed my request after my confirmation on your customer care call?
• Why your extended my request till next bill cycle? and why now asking to aishwaryasingh23 bill?
• if any Documents/aishwaryasingh23ment is wrong, how I got customer care confirmation call?
• now your blackmailing that your going to take legal action? you think that we won’t go for consumer court?
