There is no network at my home. Yet, I am using it for office/outdoors. Recharge request is pending from 26 Sept and not yet completed.


When you call them, 9 out of 10 times, the call disconnects after 90 secs. If you get through, no updates will be provided since their systems are always down.


Select option for English and yet you will always be responded in Hindi. Poor service, poorer response.


The problem is with the entire Tata group, be it cars or phones. The customer is always left in the lurch.
