I had a terrible experience with Tata Docomo. About two months I ported my idea connection to Docomo. Before porting the number I went to close-by Docomo showroom and made a clear enquiry about the connectivity and signal strength in my area. In that time the official present in the shop let me know that, there is good signal strength in my area and he insisted me to take a post paid association. Luckily I took Pre - Paid association. Also, it got ported a couple of weeks ago, in the end I came to realize that there is no signal in my area and I was really frustrated. I called the customer care and enrolled a complaint against this. In the first place they instructed me to choose Aircel's system for connectivity, however it fizzled. I attempted this multiple occassions yet no outcome. What's more, again I called the customer care and they enlisted the complaint and I got a call from the technical team saying that, there is no signal coverage in my area, and likely I won't get any support from them till an year. I was really frustrated and annoyed by this and am again thinking of porting my number to a more reliable mobile network.
